CHEATHAM STREET MUSIC FOUNDATION HOSTS MUSIC BUSINESS PANEL DISCUSSION

On Wednesday, February 4, at 7pm, at Cheatham Street Warehouse in San Marcos,  the Cheatham Street Music Foundation will present a panel discussion on "HOW TO GET THAT GIG IN THAT IMPORTANT VENUE."  The panelists will be the individuals who book some of the most important music venues in Texas (and Texas means the world to us).  Tracey Ferguson (Gruene Hall), Abbey (Luckenbach), Cherry Fox (Hill's Cafe), and Kent (Cheatham Street Warehouse) will discuss all aspects of the subject at hand and give personal observations about what might make one songwriter/band stand out in that large pile of press-pacs and CD's that they receive weekly.  Also, there will be a long question and answer session.
